Provisions of ICT for Differently Able Persons

As per the guidelines for Differently able person act 2016. All the websites should be accessible to them. And documents uploaded on websites should also be accessible to differently able person.

In Champawat all district websites are on SwaaS framework accessible. It should be in unicode (mangal font), no scan pdf is allowed to upload because it is not read by screen reader.
